• By default Dr Z uses the Koch House system. If you want your report to use another house system, then specify which one you want. (If you're clueless about house systems, then don't sweat it.)

Please note this most common potential ordering snafu: When ordering at StarryMart, you will first make your payment via PayPal and then on a separate birth data form you will enter your birth data.

If, after making payment at PayPal, and you belong to PayPal or join PayPal - then you will magically be sent to the birth data form.

However, if you decide not to join PayPal, by saving your customer information with PayPal, you will not magically be sent to a page on my site to fill out the birth data form with your birth data and such.

Please, please, please, please select that link as it will take you directly to the StarryMart birth data form.
